Honey from a Friend

My friend; you said;

Do not lose faith, my friend...if that is even possible for you
Maybe it is better to say...try not to fall alseep:)
Remember, despite how you feel, even when it hurts, especially when it hurts
Whatever you do this day, with Jesus in mind...is seen by Him, and is beautiful...for it is born of and sent to...love

and Jesus spoke thru you

as i read these words a healing oil dripped
dripped
dripped
onto my heart
right
where it especially hurts today

old wounds from two sources raised their ugly heads in the past couple days
and my scars were exposed again and jeered at
and it hurt

"born out of love"... especially love... true love
unconditional and unswerving and undefiled

pour over me, Jesus

my faith? I cannot see my faith being lost
at least not in my Father and Savior and His Spirit
have seen too much
you have too...
don't understand much
but my DNA is permanently altered by His Presence...

in others and in this world... at times

it matters little
if at all
what others say of extravagance born of worship
of grace turned loose like mary's hair
to cover and cleanse and wipe His feet
of wounds of shame overshadowed by Him
His love...
He spoke to Peter..
but He
never
quit
looking
at
her...
